Welcome to the Holly Springs pine straw drive. You can order long needle pine straw and have it installed for $6.00 per bale. Just follow the two easy steps below.

Step 2 - PAY
Sign in below to your LS Management Association Holly Springs Account. If you do not have an account, you will be required to register before you can pay. Click on "Register" next to the Log-in icon. Note, the LS Management portal allows you to pay by credit card or check. Paying by CHECK is FREE; however if you pay by credit card, the merchant charges a convenience fee.
Note, if you owe the homeowners association, the amount you pay for the pine straw will be adjusted. Scroll below to read important information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
About Your Installation
If there is a huge amount of orders, the installers will drop off the bales and return the next day to install. The pine straw delivery team will inform you if the installer decides to ship the first day and install the second day.
The Holly Springs Homeowners Association and its board of directors are not responsible for the homeowners' delivery and installation. The day the installer comes to deliver and lay your pine straw, please have someone at your home over the age of 18 to receive and direct the installers.
You will receive an email regarding your order and directions for the installers. If you do not receive an email, please email Theresa Angerbauer at tangerbauer.lsmgt@gmail.com or lsmanagementassociates@gmail.com, or send a question to the board by clicking on the contact page of this website.
NOTE: IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR YOUR Homeowners Association DUES FOR 2023 or PRIOR YEARS, FEES, FINES, and other fees due to the HOA, any amount you pay for the pine straw will be applied to those balances first. For example, if you owe the HOA $300, and you purchase $500 worth of pine straw, $300 will be applied to your balance due and the other $200 remaining will go to your pine straw order. You can check your LS Management account to see if you owe the HOA. You can pay both your pine straw and dues or balances the same day.
